$9.95 Flat Rate Shipping, Free Over $80 in the Contiguous United States
We offer $9.95 flat rate ground shipping on all orders shipping within the contiguous United States (excludes Alaska, Hawaii and territories). When you choose $9.95 flat rate shipping we will ship the most cost effective way but will make sure you receive your order within the time of transit we discuss below. Sometimes that means shipping via the post office which lacks the tracking details offered by UPS. If you prefer detailed tracking information, we suggest you choose UPS as your shipping option.
Orders over $80 (after discounts are applied, excluding sales tax) ship free within the contiguous United States.
Free Returns (Lower 48 United States Only)
If you are not entirely happy with your purchase you have 45 days to return the product (see our return process instructions for more information) and we will pay for the cost to ship it back to us. It's that simple. United States only with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii.
How do you ship?
All orders ship from our warehouse located in the Austin, Texas region. We ship UPS Ground and USPS for domestic orders within the United States and Puerto Rico. We ship to Canada and Mexico via UPS Standard, FedEx, and USPS. Sorry, we can't ship UPS or FedEx to P.O. Box addresses.

Please note that your order will typically require a 5-14 business day transit time but may be longer due to customs clearance which we have no control over.
International Customs/Duties Taxes
Except for Canada (where Duties and Taxes are included in shipping cost), international buyers are responsible for any applicable customs duties and taxes. If a buyer chooses not to accept the shipment, it's important to note that nextzett USA is not obligated to issue a refund in response to this action.
Transit Times
We are centrally located in Austin, Texas so transit times are 3-4 business days for the majority of the United States. Most orders will ship out within 24 hours of receipt. We do our best to ship out the same day if orders are received by 1 pm CST. Weekend orders will ship out within 24 hours of the next business day (excluding federal holidays).
Expect an 5-14 business days for international orders. Additional delays due to customs entry should be considered a possibility and something we have no control over.
No Expedited Shipping
We do not offer expedited shipping because some products are restricted from shipping by air (see below under Hazmat Shipping Restriction).
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Air International
Please note that even though your shipping method says "Ground" and not "Air", it still ships by air - just at a slower delivery rate. Therefore, we can't ship any aerosols or products containing flammable liquids or restricted liquids (see list of products below). Federal guidelines restrict us from shipping any aerosol or flammable product by air. If your order contains any restricted product(s), we will have to remove that product(s).
Another option is to arrange for your order to be delivered to a shipping firm providing international shipping services, even for restricted items. Such companies employ authorized shipping experts experienced in handling hazardous materials.
HAZMAT SHIPPING RESTRICTION
Unfortunately, aerosols and flammable products are considered hazardous and are limited to being shipped within the 48 lower United States. If you include a product(s) restricted by international shipping laws, the product(s) will be removed from your order and you will be refunded for the value of the products. Keep in mind that any changes to your order will create a delay in processing. Please adhere to all shipping warnings on product pages to avoid any delays with your order.
