Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your received purchase. If for any reason you are not, we will issue you a refund no questions asked and we'll even pay for the cost to ship the product back. We just ask that your return meets these criteria:

  • The return is not a result of cancelling an order once it has shipped. Applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return (published charges may be higher than our flat rate charge).
  • If you refuse a shipment, applicable return shipping costs will be deducted from your return. So please contact us first before returning your order.
  • Aerosols and other regulated products can't be returned due to federal shipping regulations. Federal regulations require that aerosols and flammable products ship from a commercial shipper approved to ship limited quantity hazardous goods. If the item you receive is defective or damaged, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • We have a 30 day return policy. After 30 days we will issue you store credit.
  • We can only accept returns of products ordered from this website and not from the stores belonging to authorized dealers/retailers or their websites.
  • 5 liter and 10 liter products can ONLY be returned if the yellow seal is NOT broken otherwise there is a good chance they will leak in transit which makes transport companies very unhappy. Be sure to buy the smaller version first before buying bulk to make sure you will be satisfied. If of course, the item received is damaged upon receipt, let us know as we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Return & Exchange Process

In order to initiate a return or exchange:

  • Log into your account and click on the "Orders " tab.
  • Find the order you'd like to return and click on the "Return Items?" link
  • Select the items and quantity you'd like to return
  • Select the Return Reason
  • Select the Return Action (Exchange, Replacement, Refund, Store Credit)
  • Add any comments (optional)
  • Click Submit

Once your request is approved, we will send you an RMA number and email you a pre-paid return shipping label along with additional instructions. DO NOT return an order without first notifying us or your order may not be refunded. If your order is returned and we are not expecting it, it can get lost in the system. Same with refused shipments. 

If you've requested a refund we will process the refund once your order is received at our warehouse and inspected. We will issue a refund and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company or bank, it make take an additional 2-10 business days to see the credit reflected in your account. All returns must be received and processed within 30 days of your return request acceptance.
